Each box comes in festive gift box packaging, filled with local products surrounded by red and green tissue paper. One of our five boxes is bound to suit each special person in your life. Our first gift box is perfect for anyone who loves to experiment in the kitchen or on the grill! We decided to put together a box with our signature Miller’s Meat Market seasonings, this is known as the “Grillmasters Box”. These seasonings are all customer favorites, so we are very excited to offer a package deal! Included in this box will be 2#s of our Miller’s Dry Brine, 12 oz of our Watson Sand, one bottle of our Miller’s original BBQ sauce, and 1 quart of our brand new Watson Coffee Dust. A great variety, whoever is lucky enough to be gifted one of these boxes will never have a flavorless meal! We are proud of these seasonings and would love for you to try all four of them! Our Miller’s Dry Brine is used in our retail store on our Jerky burgers, Porky burgers, jerked pork steaks, our dried and smoked beef, pork, and venison jerky and so much more! This brine has been around for quite some time now, and is loved across Lewis County. Watson Sand can be used is endless ways! It is a versatile seasoning that you can put on beef, pork, eggs, veggies and more! This rub adds a delicious bang to any meal. Our classic barbeque sauce is loved by many as well as our two original dry rubs. This gift box is also our way of introducing the newest addition to the Miller’s line of seasonings. We recently developed a new meat rub that is coffee based, we call it Watson Coffee Dust. The recipe was crafted on site here at Miller’s Meat Market, and we developed the rub in conjunction with Tug Hill Artisan Roasters. Every container is made with local Tug Hill coffee, and can add a delicious hint of coffee flavor to your favorite cuts of meat. When we combine all four of these great seasonings, we end up with the perfect Christmas gift for almost anybody! Secondly, we have put together a box that is full of Lewis County flavors. This is an affordable option, costing just $45 for delicious, fresh, locally made products. This “Lewis County Sampler Box” is a perfect way to give someone you care about a taste of the North Country. Included in this gift box will be one ring of Miller’s Meat Market’s own beef ring bologna, a classic customer favorite. Enjoy that ring bologna with fresh and locally made cheese curd straight from Lowville’s own O’Briens Family Dairy. To pair with the savory flavors of creamy cheese curd and bologna, we have also added specialties that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Included is a container of Moser’s Maple Floss; airy cotton candy with the maple flavor we all crave, a 12 oz container of pearled honey from the Golden Creek Farm and Apiary; a creamy and tasty spread to sweeten up any biscuit or piece of toast on these chilly mornings, and lastly an item from Black River Valley Natural. Maple Brown Sugar butter, 4 oz of creamy goodness that can be used any way you please. If you ordered a Christmas box from us last year and absolutely loved it, then get the same one again! We have the “Traditional Miller’s Christmas Box” for just $55, the same price and the same contents as the box we offered last year. This box is shippable, so it can be sent to any of your loved ones or you can pick it up in our store if your gift exchange is happening locally. We have lots of yummy favorites in this box! It includes one pint of local maple syrup, 3/4# of 3 year aged sharp cheddar cheese, 3/4# of smoked sharp cheese, double smoked pepperoni, one 3oz bag of Mini Maple candies, a quarter pound of Freeman’s Taffy pure maple syrup kisses, and lastly one 10 oz bag of White Tail bled coffee from Tug Hill Artisan & Roasters. Last year was our first time offering Christmas gift boxes, and this box was the perfect way to start out.
